Ingredients:
-4 cups of all purpose white flour(white flour is ideal, but you can replace it with some other types of flour) +
-2 cups of warm water
-8 springs of green onions(2 springs per pancake)(cut into thin pieces)
-1/2 tsp. to 3/4 tsp. per pancake of salt
-1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. of cooking oil or lard for each pancake
-cooking oil for frying

Instructions:
1-put flour into bowl
2- slowly stir warm water into flour
3-lightly kneed the dough just to form a doughball
4-put dough ball in bowl, cover the bowl, and let it rest for 20 minutes.
5-take the dough out and kneed it for about 3-5 minutes, or until it is smooth.
6-once the dough is smooth, let it rest for 20-30 minutes.(cover the dough during this time)
7-After letting the dough rest, dust the dough with some flour, and then roll the dough out into a cylinder shapr
8-cut this cylinder shape into 4 equal parts.
9-take one of the pieces and flatten it out by rolling it.(it should be rolled out to roughly 3 hands wide by 3 hands wide.)
10-sprinkle 1/2 tsp to 3/4 of tsp onto pancake and spread evenly.
11.spread 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. of oil or lard onto pancake and spread evenly.
12- sprinkle the amount of 2 springs of green onions onto pancake
13-Roll the dough up from one side to the opposite(it should look like a long cylinder)
14-tuck one side of the cylinder in, and roll as if your making a cinnamon bun.
15-tuck the other end of the cylinder to the other end of the dough
16-lightly press the dough down and start rolling it out(roll it out into a circle with the size of about 2 hands by 2 hands)
17- put some oil into pan
18- put pancake into pan and cover with lid for 2 minutes
19-After 2 minutes flip the pancake over and cover it with the lid again
20-cook for another 2 minutes
Tips:
-For steps 19-20, you can cook longer if you need to
-You can cut the original pieces of dough into more or less than 4 pieces.
-Step 9-20 is were you will find directions for each pancake.
