Communist West Pointe Grad and Army Ranger to be discharged OTH

Not many details, the article is sorta vague. But being discharged OTH he will not receive VA benefits, GI Bill etc.

It is believed, thanks to Sen. Marco Rubio's letter to Sec of the Army that this is finally happening. He deserved far worse but looking at it further, this was all the Army could get him on.
