So there is this Aussie lawyer named Philip Alston who has accomplished nothing else in life other than move from one UN management job to another or play at being SJW college professor his entire life. Basically sponging off the masses he's supposed to be championing.

Now he's gone full retard and called on U.S. authorities to provide solid social protection and address underlying problems, rather than “punishing and imprisoning the poor”.
