ATV'S and their role in survival

I have a couple of older Polaris Sportsman 400's (2004 models).
The one I just use to plow snow (and with a pull behind cart ,yard work) with has add on rear seat/storage unit.
I put a large wet cell in one side of the storage unit as the stock small battery/ charging system wasn't up to the heavy winch draws (from plowing and then it would effect my front magnetic locker (not unlock...took a while to figure out what was the problem). Now a spare battery can be easily obtained if needed and a variety of sizes will work.
For the first few years we had them my son and I did alot of 4wheeling and winching ect. I know what it can do and can't do.

Could be a bug out vehicle if needed
