Stockpiling Tobacco

I'm admittedly addicted to nicotine. No other addictions. I was planning on stockpiling some tobacco for shtf. Mainly cigarettes or the ability to make them. Or cigars/cigarillos. Staleness doesnt bother me too much. I was wondering what I could do to preserve them as long as possible. Going through nicotine withdrawal wouldn't be ideal when shtf. We all have our vices. I was thinking vacuum sealing them to stop air from getting in and drying excessively. I'd rotate them like I'd rotate my food and batteries as well
