Apple Strudel. share your favorite recipes.

I love strudel and its been years since I had any. Now I am hungry for it so looking for some strudel recipes to indulge in.

I also love apricot strudel, so I am thinking it can replace apples or was there anything else I had to do to it?

This one I found I will have to try, but is it anything close to the original strudels?
