I would think given modern technology, someone survival oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit, reasonably skilled in nutrition, food preparation & packaging. Could with some research / effort / experimentation could come up with a modern product, that is more nutritious, palatable, and would store relatively long term without refrigeration.
