RRA National Match. Under $100, and an excellent, excellent trigger. For the money, there is NOTHING better.

Under that, the ALG Defense ACT (Advanced Combat Trigger) for $60-ish. It's essentially a Mil-Spec trigger that is honed by Giessele (ALG is Bill Giessele's wife). I have both. The ACT is a nice trigger, but it's heavy. The RRA NM trigger is the one to get IF you want to use your rifle for more than just carbine classes -- especially for hunting or longer-range shooting. It's a big improvement over the stock .MIL trigger.
