BOL

I finally got the papers signed on my BOL plot. Now it will go to the conveyancers. Any advice from here will be appreciated.

The first thing I will need to do is get through the title transfer then prep the land for a bore hole and to set up for a house build. Storage will be necessary. I am considering wendy house vs. container.

We have spoken on another thread about the house but any advice from experienced people about title transfer and accessing the land to do things during the process will be appreciated. They have written into the agreement details about doing such but I will appreciate input.
