Needing Advice from Taurus Owners

Needing some quick advice for a possible purchase tomorrow.....
Have a choice of a Taurus PT111 G2 or PT145Pro G3. I know the basic specs, dimensions and weight.
Both are lightly used and come with 2 factory magazines.

What I need to know is which one has better features and reliability. Looks like the 145's had issues with frame cracking but only in G1 and maybe G2, not G3.
