Planting by the moonphase?

Hey all, it's been a while.

Just about to plant the garden this year, just wanted to know if any of you have experience planting according to the moonphase? According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, crops that bear fruit above ground should be planted from the New to the Full moon, and then crops that bear fruit below ground should be planted from Full to New moon.

What do y'all think about this?
