plug into a solar panel?

Ive got one of those cool trifold solar panels that i bought when the power went out one time. it has a usb plug in to charge cell phones and things like that.

Does anyone know of a cord that you could put a 2 prong reciever plug on one end and the usb on the other?

I know it would be able to be used to power things, but i do have several re- chargable batteries and the wall chargers. was wondering if you could rig it to the solar panel to charge the batteries??
