Throwing out GMO foods from stocked food. Avoid surviving sick.

People don't have the same problems with GMO foods or with MSG, but get too much of it and you will feel the side affects from them.

So having found another short term juice in my storage that had GMOs in it, I dumped them all out. Ocean spray cranberry juice has GMO beet sugar in it.

I know if I eat or drink GMOs and MSG I suffer for hours after with headaches, sometimes a fever, and frustration that I just want to sue every CEO who grows and sells the public this garbage since they won't label their products.

I know in a survival situation I can't be feeling like poop and expect to do my best. There is no sense in making the survival situation more miserable than it will already be. A sick group of people won't feel like doing much, plus there will be possibly already injured and sick to help from the events that happen. Plus those who are already on medication don't need to feel worse than they already do.

So cheap GMO and MSG filled preps will do more harm than good.

I also found out that my stock of cattlemans chili I bought last fall is GMO, so 8 cases of that are going to the dump. I wouldn't feed it to the wildlife.

Another list to look at.

In a survival situtaion the most important thing is our health, for even some what health they have left.

Buy organic. You will be glad you did.
If its a question about affording it, buying bulk organic dry foods give the most food for the dollar.
