Two dollars war

At a short look over the history of human beings ,we can see wars over wars with some periods of peace between.And those break times were ,and are, used to improve the war technologies.There are tones and tones of documentation written about causes,strategies,about war cost,billions in money and not to talk about human lifes.Always but always some f...generals are some how involved.Alvin Toffler has a book ,War and anti-war,where he is describing nonlethal technologies,like nano robots and things like this.
I am a very smart old guy .And of course I have a solution.The two dollars and two seconds war.
One medium cost bullet is two dollar.Shoot your own commander who send you to war.Let him be the first and the last victim of his war.Then go home to wife and kids , the war ends before it start.You will never know how many lives you have saved,but definitely you are hero.
