My new BOV - 1974 Ford F350 Rescue

I just bought a 1974 F350 with a 360 FE engine that is almost new inside and out. I say almost new because even with under 30,000 original Kentucky rural fire station kept miles, it's been breathing this air and drinking the gas for 42 years. There are no dents, no rust, has original firehouse markings, and everything seems original (except there has been a new dual exhaust put on, and obviously some maintenance).

What would some of you suggest as essential bug-out and even bug-in essential upgrades for it?

It's a pretty simple truck. It has utility boxes all around, and a decent little bed that was used for a generator bay. It's a manual 4speed, power breaks and power steering, but that's about it. It's not a 4x4, probably my biggest disappointment, but I couldn't pass up the great deal for a classic and possibly even show truck level BOV. Honestly I plan first to bug-in (unless I absolutely can't), but having a non-computerized old beast is a sharp contrast to my new Volvo T5 that has a computer on every bolt. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
