If you could move one other place in the world to prep besides the USA, where?

So I am looking at a lot of preppers I have read about moving to Panama or the Netherlands due to their somewhat relaxed gun laws, establishing residency then importing all their guns there and supplies etc.

So lets say for some reason or another you wanted to leave the US and wanted to have the ability to bring your rifles and live a comfortable life and prep as well, where would you move?
