Loss in accuracy

Last year my .308 was shooting straight and I had no issues placing 3 rounds in a 3-4" circle @ 150 yards on a regular basis this year it's more like 6-10", I'm using the same ammo, same gun and same scope.

I've switched from steel to brass (Perfecta) to no avail. The only think I can think of is a good cleaning since I really haven't done that in a while, I normally run a few patches and a bore snake after 20 rounds or so and it hasn't had a 100 rounds through it yet.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
