Looking for hard copy books on self sufficiency topics.

I'm looking for a book or more likely a set of books that covers as wide a range of self-sufficiency topics possible. I know this information is freely available on the internet but I do better with physical media, and it's also a matter of me not knowing what I don't know. For example, until about a year ago the thought of DIY cleaning and laundry products never even entered my head.

Some examples: working with concrete, DIY cleaning and laundry products, sewing/clothing repair, simple projects (solar power bank, solar oven, chicken coop, various water filters, etc), soldering, preserving food.

The Gulf Coast is a very unique climate for gardening and I've recently found a good source of information on how to grow food here, although additional gardening information isn't to despised. Especially container gardening.

I know the Foxfire books are excellent but I'm also looking for modern information too. Are the Firefox books available in a hard copy anywhere or just as PDFs? If I have to pay to print them out I'd just as soon buy them in actual book form.
