I did this after an abdominal surgery that left with with an incision from my above my belly button to "right there" ... The itching was driving me insane and I had good adhesion along the incision line so I picked and pulled and rotated the first couple out whole. Then I decided to make use of something a little quicker.

Turned out fine. I have a scar you can barely see. The doctor was all like How the hell did you do that?? I told him dude, calm down it wasn't rocket science and it was time. Lol
