A couple more murders in my area

Woke up to the news this morning and seen that 4 people were shot and 2 killed within a few miles of my house. Since Ive moved here in 2003 there has been at least 6 killed within a couple miles from home and this is a rural area. Murder rate for this area just went up again and had one less than a month ago within walking distance from here. What is wrong with these people.
