Hello to all. We(my wife and I) just returned to northern Mn. about a week ago from sailing the Caribbean for 2 years. We were doing this with the hopes of finding a little slice of heaven we could crawl into and live our life as we chose. Long story short, we have returned to the only place we have ever found that could and does sustain us completely. We have 60 A. of old growth timber with fresh water flowing (south fork of the Roseau River) close by. Deer,grouse,bear provide protein and a huge garden keeps us in veggies year around(fresh,frozen,canned). Have been fairly self sustained for a number of years, just looking for others with same mind-set. Hoping to hear from others here to share ideas,plan,etc. Thanks for the add,also.
