I'd follow this guy to hell and victory

I have met people who I have greatly admired. Mostly because I felt safe
when I was with them. Like somebody competent was in charge and I
was really better off shutting my face and listening up. There is no doubt in my mind that I have met commanders that will rule much should push come to shove.

Tell me what you want in your Commanding Officer.
