So I am military, going from one state to another for 3 months. I am taking a military aircraft and cannot bring firearms that are not issued to me. I have a handgun and my concealed carry permit that reciprocates in the state I am going to. Therefore I am going to have to mail it ahead of me. Luckily, I have friends in the area I can mail to ahead of me to myself. Does anyone have any experience mailing a handgun to them self state to state and how you did it?
