Tool Logic credit card companionI've been thinking of purchasing a credit card sized survival insert. Tool Logic makes one with a compass, tweezer, magnifying glass, screwdriver/bottle opener and a 2" serrated single edge, fixed blade knife. I was wondering if this knife is considered a dirk/dagger and if it's a concealed weapon because its sheathed in a plastic frame, tucked into your wallet. I reside in Los Angeles county, in California. What, if any, are the illegal ramifications? Thank you.
