Found this article and thought it gave an interesting summary of Russia's EW capabiltities.

The article admits that the reported disabling of the USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea was a newspaper hoax. Since the plane that buzzed the Donald Cook was not a model that carries the Khibiny jammer

However, their EW systems are claimed to increase survivability of their aircraft by around 30 times.

They also claim to have a jammer that prematurely detonates incoming proimity fused artillary.

And a system to blind AWACS and shipborne radars as well as the ability to spoof incoming missiles.

Also, our recent Tomahawk missile attack on Syria is widely reported to have only had 26 missiles hit the airport out of the 59 missiles launched.
The 39 missiles that didn't hit the target were either taken off course by jamming signals or intercepted by the S-300 SAMs.
