There are lots of articles and videos saying to put a teaspoon in half a glass of water and drink it daily. Some say to add a little Turmeric as well.
Just started this evening. I didn't let the solution age overnight on the counter, but just mixed it up and drank it.
Should be interesting to see how it works.
Does anyone else drink gelatin form the health effects?
Supposedly it is also good for the heart, liver, the gut, skin, hair, and reduced inflammation.
Basically it supplies 2 proteins not found in bone free cuts of meat. glycine and proline. These proteins were never classified as essential amino acids, but perhaps that is an error.
