White Clam Sauce

What the heck do you do with this? Found a can mixed in the with corned beef hash. Same color wrapper and same size so I think it was mixed on the shelf and didn't get noticed when we bought groceries.

Wife and I have never eaten it and not sure what to do with it. I'm not a fan of clam anything except deep fried but she wants to try making something with it.
