Wrangler A/C problems.

I have a 2004 Wrangler X and the a/c is giving me some issues. I get in and start the car and go driving, a/c is on medium or so, and I can get down the road for about 10 minutes before the air starts barely coming through the vents. Turning it higher blast makes little difference. The air coming out is still cold, I think. Turn it on heat and it gets hot. But what comes out is barely anything at all.

Turn it off for about ten minutes, turn it back on and it works. Ten minutes later, the air is still cold but it's stop blowing hard again and is barely coming through.

Y'all tell me what's wrong, I'll fix it myself. Ideas?
