My INCH cart bag water treatment unit has a silver impregnated ceramic filter with activated charcoal. My area has mostly good water so it doesn't require much treatment other than boiling or hydrogen peroxide (I hate chlorine). I keep Polar Pure tabs in the pocket on the canteens just in case.
