Deboned the left over pork ribs, chopped it up and added it to the left over scalloped potatoes, threw in a can of corn, added some dehydrated vegetable soup mix, and then some beef stock to get the liquid right. Covered in foil baked and called it casserole, crispy onions on top for last five mins.
no leftovers tonight.
