re-use soup tins

Aren't most of those cans lined with some sort of plastic. I don't like aluminium or plastic to cook in. How hard is it to plan ahead and have a stainless steel cup/container or for about twice plus the price titanium.

If its boil swamp water in a soup can or drink it untreated, I'd be using the can. If you had time you burn the can and then use sand to scour out the inside.
