When we met, in 1993, I introduced her to my game club, and she was taken in by the miniatures we used in the wargames we played. She asked me to loan her a miniature soldier and the paints and brushes she would need. I gave her a 28mm US soldier, a bunch of paint and some crappy brushes(bad brushes because I did'nt think I'd get hem back, lol), and I gave her one of the soldiers I painted for referance(I have been painting miniatures since 1977).
About 3 days later she returned the figure and I was floored. The miniature was painted to a standard I could never reach.
Long story short, now a days, she brings in about $300 a month painting miniatures.
So she gets an email from a guy who she paint for last summer. The guy had my wife painting 28mm plains Indians. After painting about 250 Indians the guy was very happy with her brush work .He said he was going to hire her to paint the famous 7th Cav figures.
They never showed up.
She gets an email from this guy and he said, '"if you are a Trump supporter, I don't want you painting for me". He then went off about our President, calling him names that would get me temp banned. It was quite amazing, to be honest. The highlight was him asking my wife, and 44 year old woman, to fess up if she voted for ANYTHING red, and if she agreed with our President on, well, any issue we Americans are facing.
Mind you, this was about $1500 worth of work.
My wife told him it was none of his business who she voted for, and she certainly wanted a wall. And she certainly was against Islam and the people what go along with that Deathcult.
She finished the email by asking HIM if he endorsed Clinton and all the anti-American people being shoved down our throats. And asked HIM if he cared about our country and our way of life.
