They call it a root cellar, but it's dry and they use it for their home canned goods so that's not technically correct.
They run a dehumidifier.
I want one, but I cannot justify the $10k As in a few years I plan on building a ICF home (also at least partially surrounded on 3 sides)
But I was thinking: short of installing a small woodstove
How could you keep the moisture from getting too bad?
Ventilation will help, but what else?
