Minnesota State Senate Votes Down Marijuana Legalization Bill

States really need to pass an "Nobody Cares What You Do Bill". Everything is legal and users are solely responsible for the side effects. Addiction, obesity, cirrhosis, lung cancer, diabetes, etc.

The only tax would be a 1% tax which would ONLY go to a pauper's burial fund for those that abuse food, drugs, alcohol, etc and who die penniless.

The only purpose of the bill would be to leave the burden off people who are not responsible and let users kill themselves on their own dime.
