Thanks for your reply, but that's not exactly true. There are many specific, foragable plants that are found in every state. The online class my wife has designed focuses on several of those, positive identification and safety, which gives the first time users confidence. There is also a lot of personal help to be sure that these lessons are absorbed.

In short, there is plenty of useful information that is directly usable, and a lot of personal attention to those who decide to take her online class.
