MN pawn shop owner booked on murder during looting

Jail and charge the "civilian" who was trying to protect HIS life and property. Meanwhile they are ALREADY talking about "not enough evidence to charge" the murdering cop! And meanwhile the tribes are in the streets! And the cops are running and hiding (and most likely working on their stories to back up their "brothers in blue").
