Sheriff - police friendly fire fatality, Hwy6 area SW of Houston

The sheriff and police in this area are top notch. No idea what happened here.
I guess everyone is human at some point and can make a mistake.

They will have a press briefing around 11 am I think they said.

They said the back door of the home was open and there was a report of someone suspicious in the area, so I guess they were on edge.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing about it simply missing the vest.
