Air gun set

I have hunted for many years with an air gun including feeding myself in my younger days out roaming for weeks at a time . I have had a couple sheridans over the years . I regret trading them, but with 5mm pellets being hard to find it takes them out of the picture for a every day hunting air rifle . I purchased a Benjamin 392 a few years back and have used it quiet a bit, enough to prove it will meet my needs in an air rifle. I decided a since .22 pellets are not quiet as common as 177 I wanted the same gun in 177. That way I would have a pellets gun that was reliable and powerful enough to hunt with in either caliber.

My Benjamin 397 arrived mid week both guns are set up alike and sighted in the same both have Williams aperture sights better than the factory sight and plenty good enough for pellet gun ranges . Keeps the gun light and handy too. Last night I fire 3 shot from each gun at the same target @20 yards 3/4 in group and all mixed so the guns are shooting the same . I have new apertures coming to make them better in low light .
