Here's an odd question

At least it seems odd to me. Can milk be utilized for anything other than drinking? Could it be used on plants or grass or is there any other thing it could be used for rather than wasting it? The reason I ask is I was given a lot of milk (about 6 gallons) and it is going to go bad soon. Rather than dump it I was hoping to utilize it in some way.
