I can't post to the Brown Recluse thread

From time to time, when I try to post to any particular forum I get a message that says I don't have permission, and lists several possible reasons why that might be without being specific.

This has been going on for some years now (I've been posting since 2007).

Why am I being restricted from posting in a thread about brown recluse spiders? I have important information to pass along, but I can't submit a post.

Please advise.
