My favorite stuff without a cord.

We city dwellers use a lot of power. Most of my day to day comforts are powered by batteries, chargers and/or a power cord.

But I went camping again. Love my non-cotton clothes that do not get chilly when I get wet. Love my compass when the skies are overcast. Love my boots,
my hat and the book in my back pocket.

Is life really going to be that bad for the folks who would not die? When it all goes dark and the water does not come with a bill?
