Thank God For Obama

I'd like to thank you Mr. Obama and TPTB that put you in office.

I was going about my ordinary life getting ready for the economic collapse for many years now. But it wasn't until YOU got in OUR White House that I recognized the tyranny within our representative. I admit by Bush's 2nd term I was wondering who the hell had paid him off!

I was happy to go along blaming those Democrats for the woes of our country. But thanks to YOU, Mr. Obama, I started digging a lot deeper and learned the truth (not the whole truth) about the condition of the country which was quite a shock to me.

You see I had bought the idea hook, line and sinker that our representatives worked for us and 'cared' about us. I just knew our knights in shining armor, the GOP, were going to come to our rescue and the Democrats would eventually have to come to their senses.

It wasn't until Obama that I saw clearly they're all in it together. The target IS us. To extort from and control us. Make us feel little and impotent. To go along just to get along.

Thank YOU Mr. Obama because I am not alone. The very act of a anti-American, Muslim, probably non-American getting into OUR White House IS waking the masses that this nation is in serious trouble. And the truth is that's all we really need... waking of the masses. Because WE are the many and they are the few. Together we cannot be brought down. It is only by our continued ignorance and slumber that our freedom may be stolen from us.

Oh yes, I believe we're going to have an economic collapse and probably a lot worse. But if we're standing together we can and will get through it. We will probably have to work a lot harder, be much hungrier than ever, give up many luxuries, but we can get through it!!!

Thank YOU Mr. Obama for waking up the American spirit to the fact we CAN be destroyed by our own apathy and petty bitching about each other.

It's time for me to look within myself and resolve to do what I can to be free and stay free. To see what I'm doing to contribute to the problem and where I am to blame for the condition this country is in. To help educate those around me who are still living behind the veil of an indoctrinated and delusional reality and to be humble enough to listen to opposing points of view in search of truth in their words. Because I now believe we all have parts of the truth and none of 'We The People' have all of it. We focus the majority of our attention and energy on those differences rather than seeing where we can come together. Building bridges of understanding to unite rather than tearing down any hope at all and increasing and strengthening the division. United we stand and divided we fall. That is their game plan and it's firmly in place. So we spend our time destroying each other and TPTB just sail through watching the show. They don't have to do much because we're too busy doing it ourselves.

So Thank You Mr. Obama because without someone as radical and anti-American as you, I may have stayed behind the veil of illusion, believing I lived in a free country that was just experiencing an economic decline.

We are not Nazi Germany, Communist Russia or Europe. We ARE Americans and the GREATEST experiment for freedom the world has known and that experiment is not over. We're not failed. We're just fallen and will probably fall a lot further yet. But we're not done!!! I'm very hopeful.
