Its time for yet again - another Mosin rebuild thread --

About a year ago I gots a 1942 - 91/30 -- Izzy - clean barrel -- no obvious cracks -- its been sitting patiently in the back of the safe for its turn

Matching #'s -- so ( as of now ) just a good clean up & a little trigger work is planed

When I first got it -- with just a bore cleaning @ 200 yrds. with old eyes

I just covered the target with the front pin W/ no elevation adjustment -- I hit the paper

I think the trigger pull was right at 12 lbs.

P/S -- When the guy next to me said -- "Why bother -- you're all over the paper" ?

"OK -- let me shoot again -- but this time "You" pin it to your chest" ?
