On network news tonight. The new state budget was passed tonight. Higher education took a 30 million dollar hit. Students will have to pay more. University of Mo,,Columbia campus also has an eight hundred student drop in enrollment. It looks like the football team and the demonstrations last year had a lot to do with it. The new dean said the only thing he can do is cut the business school and the School of Engineering. The reporter interviewed one student on campus-Majored in politics and community services- and he just couldn't understand why he was going to have to pay more himself. I am going to be smiling all night. These students should move to Bernies home state and study there.
