What do you think of the Yaesu FT-2900R 75 Watt 2 Meter?

First off, i DO NOT own one, as my MAG Commo group decided on Kenwood tm-281's which are in the same segment.

The FT 2900 is a great rig, as many other mates own it...

I like the fact that it hs various power levels, nice to have in a grid/tac situation: Four power levels are available: 75, 30, 10 and 5 watts

Very handy, especially is using a yagi and need to be as covert as possible.

No fan, just a massive heat sink...

Weather Alert is nice too...

All in all, a great 2m rig....

You can't go wrong with it....
