Spotting Someone Who is Armed

Knowing if someone has a concealed firearm is a big advantage in the lead up to a fire fight...
if you have an inexperienced guy with a shoulder holster his right arm/shoulder will either constantly move awkwardly or just sit awkwardly on his person,
The person might also walk with one arm slightly farther out than his other- again giant giveaway.

Body language mate,
If they look too confidant whilst strolling around or if they are quite jittery...
Unexperienced people who handle concealed firearms often touch/fondle their weapons through their clothes... Big giveaway
