UNC Healthcare - State of North Carolina taking over

My sister, who is a Lab Tech, works at a hospital that used to be called Wayne Memorial Hospital. It is in Goldsboro, NC. UNC health Care recently took over. UNC Health Care is an arm of the North Carolina State government and is a "not for profit" organization.

My idiot, democrat, Obama supporting, libtard, Lab Tech, sister is now complaining that the hospital is undergoing changes she doesn' t agree with.

From what I see, UNC Health Care is buying facilities. Maybe NC is ahead of the game and sees a single payer system/socialized medical care as the future.

Anyway...

Now that the facility is owned/managed by the state, she's complaining that working staff (nurses, lab techs, doctors, people actually doing the work, etc) are being reduced but administrators/managers are increasing. Also, productivity is being measured and assessed for future cuts, benefits for full time employees are being reduced, sick time/absences are being scrutinized, and deductibles for employees are sky rocketing.

All I can do is laugh at her, and I did, long and hard. She got what she wanted and supported.

Icing on the cake, she got put on a waiting list for a mammography...****ing loser Libtard..suck it up.

and I laugh, and laugh, and laugh.
