Makes me proud to have lived in South Louisiana, never met a nicer ,friendlier group of people who would help without being asked. Katrina was the same way ,have boat will travel. I'm glad to see the state offered to offset fuel cost for them.

But made me wonder why I haven't heard anything for the Texas naval militia. http://ift.tt/2wYapVI

Anyone know if they are out as well? Seems like a great idea for coastal or areas with large waterways.
