Precision rifle help

I'm looking at getting a new rifle for long range shooting (1,000 yards). I have my choices narrowed down to 2 rifles. A Savage 10 BA Stealth 6.5 creedmoor and a Tikka T3x TAC A1 6.5 creedmoor. There is almost a $1,000 price difference between the 2 rifles with the Tikka being the more expensive one roughly in the$1,800 - $2,000 mark and the savage in the $850 - $1,000 mark.

So my questions are do any of you guys own one or the other or even possibly both of these rifles? I have shot Savage rifles and Tikkas. So I'm basically sold on both rifles knowing they should shoot very well. My next question is am I getting more from the Tikka with such a higher price point? Or will the Savage compete with it all the way as far as accuracy and overall functionality goes? Any advice from you guys who owns either of these rifles are greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
