Selling a house with prepper features how to and what's it worth?

Ok....I'm not sure if I posting in the correct section but my questions is about selling a house with prepper features, how to market it and what the improvements are actually values at.

So here is a feature set I'm considering:

1. AB Switch for direct generator hookup.
2. Multiple hidden vault storage locations
3. An entire 100% hidden storage area in the attic to hold supplies that nobody knows about. Insulated from FLIR and X-ray
4. Entire structured wiring and hidden antennas for OTA TV, HAM Radio, GRMS, am/fm/sw
5. Structured wiring for Intranet
6. Small backup solar system with 200 AH battery bank.
7 Hidden water storage tank/ rain catch

So...pretty simple stuff but nothing i want to advertise here either. Last think I want to do is have a realtor post a property on the MLS advertising this stuff. Additionally I dont want ton of people knowing about it either. Sort of the Gray Man concept.

Is this something people are looking for/ Ho are these things marketed? Is it a good ROI?
